01Cancellation Policy
More than 24 hours before pickupFull refund of the advance amount

Service not provided for reasons attributable solely to Taxi HouseFull refund of the advance amount
- Customers may cancel their booking at any time before the scheduled pickup.
- Cancellation made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time shall be eligible for a full refund of the advance amount.
- Cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time shall attract 100% cancellation charges, and no refund shall be applicable.
- If Taxi House is unable to provide the booked service due to reasons attributable solely to Taxi House, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund of the advance amount.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to vehicle availability and applicable fare revisions.
02Refund Policy
- Refunds shall be processed strictly in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
- Customers requesting a refund must provide their Booking ID along with the payment transaction details (UTR Number, Transaction ID or Payment Screenshot) for verification.
- Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours after successful verification and approval.
- Refunds shall be credited through the original payment method wherever possible.
- Processing time after initiation may vary depending upon the customer's bank or payment service provider.
- Taxi House reserves the right to decline any fraudulent, duplicate or invalid refund request.
By confirming a booking with Taxi House, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
